Booking conditions
Kuressaare Stays Parkside Apartment (Kuressaare city)

1) General information
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations made through the Kuressaare Stays Parkside Apartment booking site (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” and “Guest”). By making a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
2) Booking and confirmation
2.1. The reservation is considered confirmed when the Guest completes the reservation form, pays for the reservation and receives a reservation confirmation by e-mail.
2.2. The Guest is responsible for ensuring that the information entered during the reservation (Guest’s Name, e-mail and phone number) is correct.
3) Check-in and check-out
3.2. Check-out: at 12:00
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and depends on the availability of accommodation.
4) House rules
4.2. The Guest undertakes to use the accommodation responsibly and to follow the house rules.
4.3. The Guest is responsible for ensuring that only the guests stated in the booking are staying in the accommodation.
4.4. If the inventory or property of the accommodation is damaged, the Guest is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
4.5. Use of the accommodation for business purposes is only allowed by prior agreement.
4.6. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products) is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
4.7. In case of violation of the rules (including smoking, parties, or a higher number of guests than stated in the booking), the Service Provider has the right to require the Guest to reimburse extraordinary cleaning, odour removal, and any other actual additional costs.
4.8. If the violation results in the need to temporarily close the accommodation or cancel bookings, the Guest is obliged to compensate the justified damage arising from this.
4.9. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the booking if the violation continues or disturbs neighbours / violates public order.
5) Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation must be submitted in writing by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

Free cancellation: up to 14 days before arrival (100% of the reservation price will be refunded)

Partial refund: 50% of the reservation price if cancelled 7-13 days before arrival

Non-refundable: 0% of the reservation price if cancelled 6 days or less before arrival or if the Guest does not show up.
6) Conditions
6.1. The Guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk.
6.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of the Guest’s personal belongings, unless this is caused by the Service Provider’s intent or gross negligence.
6.3. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in third-party services (e.g. internet, power outages, shared services) if this does not depend on the Service Provider.
7) Force majeure
The service provider is not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations if it is caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, extensive service disruption, administrative restrictions) that could not have been foreseen or avoided. In such cases, a reasonable solution will be found if possible (change of dates or other agreement).
8) Consumer's right of withdrawal
The guest acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services if the reservation is made for a specific date or period.
9) Personal data
The guest’s personal data is processed for the purpose of booking management, customer communication and invoicing. More information can be found here -> Privacy Policy.
10) Complaints and disputes

10.2. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
